Riding the catalyst reaches temperatures of around 250/300 °C.
When the outside temperature exceeds 27/30°C, the air that is in contact with the catalytic converter reaches very high temperatures, generating an annoying heat in the driver's and passenger's legs, which is sometimes unbearable on motorway sections.
Our insulating cushion, made with special thermal fabrics, retains the heat inside the cushion while maintaining a temperature that never exceeds 80°C on the outside, avoiding the high overheating of the surrounding air and the annoying heat on the legs.
The cushion is fireproof and waterproof, light and easy to assemble without having to make any modifications to the bike, once on the bike it becomes almost invisible, for the first 20km it can release a slight smoke.
