Heat Shield Compatible with R 1200/1250 GS LC/ADV LC

Description

During the use of our motorcycle, the catalytic converter reaches temperatures of about 250/300 °C.

When the outside temperature exceeds 27/30 °C, the air that comes into contact with the catalytic converter reaches very high temperatures, generating an annoying heat to the legs of the driver and passenger, sometimes unbearable on motorway sections.

Our insulating cushion, made with special thermal fabrics, retains heat inside the cushion while maintaining a temperature that never exceeds 80°C on the outside, avoiding the high overheating of the surrounding air and annoying heat in the legs.

The cushion is fireproof and waterproof, light and easy to assemble without having to make any modifications to the bike, once mounted on the bike it becomes invisible, for the first 20km it can release a slight smoke.
